InDesign 'pages' window misalignment/glitch

I have a problem with InDesign where my pages window appears to be glitched. I the thumbnails of the pages in my document are not centered in the window and I cannot scroll through them. I have tried the ctrl+shift+alt on startup to reset my preferences but it did not fix the problem. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the program.

Here are some screenshots of the issue. Notice how the pages are stuck off center of the window and even clip down into the menu at the bottom where you can normally add a new page and delete pages.

Did you try trashing your Preference?

I had done the Ctrl+Alt+Shift but that didn't work. I completed the more detailed "trashing" of the InDesign defaults and SavedData an that fixed my issue. Thank you for your help.
