InDesign Preflight Panel not showing Error-List

Hi!

I am using InDesign V 16.4 and the Preflight Panel is not working properly.

I am getting the red sign, that there are errors (like overset text, which I know), but if I want to open the list of errors, the panel doesn't show anything.

Restarting did not change anything and there is no update availible currently on my MacBook Version 11.5

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? And found a solution for it?

I can export the Error List as a PDF to see the error

Try resetting your preferences:
The easiest way to reset everything is to delete the InDesign preferences: as soon as InDesign starts to boot hold down Shift, Alt, Ctrl (and Apple/Cmd if working on a Macintosh). A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.
