Indesign Presentation Mode Glitch

Since update, every time you exit presentation mode, indeisgn maximizes to fill the screen instead of returning to its former size like it used to do. This is annoying. Is this a setting? A glitch?

nope, plus the uservoice page is a joke, said it's fixed, blocked further comments, but where is the fix now xD

Oh yes Bob, spending ten hours a day on Indesign it is...

Loosing a lot of time, and time is money

Worflow is interrupted every 20sec, really annoying

I'm having the exact same issue. It's quite annoying indeed. Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon.

Same problem here—glad to know it's not just me (more likely to get fixed). Issue just started with update to InDesign 17.2 running on Monterey 12.3.1

Try turning off GPU Performance in your InDesign preferences.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of the OS & InDesign? Do you see this behavior while working on a specific document? Mac Moneterey. And all up to date on Indesign as well. Whener I move into Presentation mode (shift +W) and then leave it, the Indesign window has maximized and is filling the screen.
