I am looking for a service, or plugins that would help me resolve a few issues

I am working for an advertising company that is a startup, I will be creating ads that need approval from several different clients that dont have CC or even understand what CC is.

1 a plugin and/or service that i can send a proof to a client via email or link and they could suggest changes or click approve and done

A way that i can hire a proof reader/copy editor to read though the book 60+ page of advertising community information,. etc. Make changes to the document via a web interface.

Would really appreciate some suggestions
