Indesign Publish Online Interactive PDF Randomly Playing Sounds

Hi, I created an interactive PDF in adobe indesign that has videos throughout the presentation. When you view it online, the pages randomly play sound on pages that do not have video on them as the deck is loading. How do I fix this? there is only the option to have the videos play on page load.

You can't succesfully include video in an Interactive PDF. You can with InDesign's Publish Online feature, whose format is HTML5.

Apologies for confusion, I am using the Publish Online feature, not interactive pdf, the sound plays on load

Can you provide a link to the Publish Online document for testing purposes? It's hard to provide help for something which happens "randomly".
