InDesign - Publish Online Not Working

In InDesign - I want to publish a document and for the first time received this message "Error #0: Publish Online is currently not available for your organisation" - (yes organization was spelled with an "s")

How do I fix this? I cannot find this error online anywhere.

Currently still running Sierra 10.12.6 - set to upgrade the first week in May - but really need to publish as usual before that.

I’m getting the same with CC2021 on Mojave.

I just uploaded successfully with InDesign 18.2.1 on my MacBook Pro (Ventura 13.3.1). It may be a problem with older InDesign and/or operating systems.

I have successfully published with my current setup—seems to be a recent problem.

Logging out in in did not fix.

What version of InDesign are you running?

Is the error only occurring with this file? Can you publish others now with Publish Online?

Using 2019 version of InDesign - I know, I know - I never have downtime to
upgrade, which I will do the first week of May. But I need these documents
now.

I am getting the error for all documents.
