I can't update a file published previously. The list is empy.

Well, a moderator already moved your post to the right forum, the Adobe InDesign forum.

We need more information to help.

Basically you must be logged in to the Creative Cloud Desktop App with the same Adobe ID you were logged in when you published online the other document you expected to see. This could be one cause of the issue. There may be others…
