Indesign Publish Online restrictions?

Can someone tell me if Indesign Publish Online is only capable of publishing documents up to 43 pages?
I've published two documents using Indesign Publish Online, but only the first 43 pages were uploaded per document. Also, in the second document, certain images and objects were not included. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
