indesign script for inline image

Goodmorning all,

Is there someone who can help me out?

I have an typesetted text in indesign. And in the text there is the name of the image between < >. On the position I want to replace the < > image name to inline image. Or maybe even better. The image as objectstyle next to the text.

For example <000001> must be replaced by an illustrator image 000001.ai.
When importing the .ai file, I only want to show/import the image part, not the whole media page. The image must be place on 100%
