Hello. We have an InDesign Server running in a VM Scale Set* using Windows Server 2019. Since the VM name and IP can change, we want to place a Load Balancer (LB) between the Server and our application. The issue is that a LB requires a health probe, and even a rare TCP check or a basic [http://SERVER:12345/service?wsdl] call degrades the Server's response success severely. More often than not, the request hangs until our application or the browser times out.
We are using the [LogToApplicationEventLog] flag, but there are no logs to enable the investigation. Has anyone seen anything close to this or has ideas on items to review? Thank you
* In VMSS only for SRE requirements. We scale to 0 then back to 1 to meet Licensing TOS.

Wow - not really sure on this one.
@Anshul_Saini perhaps could help?

Thanks for reaching out. I am afraid Adobe has stopped shipping the Load Balancer reference code several releases ago. We also don't fully support but do legally permit running on virtualized platforms. Problems need to be replicated on local servers. You may want to talk to partners that have developed their own Load Balancing components.
