InDesign Share for Review - Highlight not working correctly

Question

When people view the InDesign document via the Share for Review link, they cannot use the "highlight" tool when leaving a comment. This is because whenever text is selected to be highlighted, the tool moves the selection to a different part of the screen. When I review these highlights within InDesign, I cannot determine which text the comment refers to because the highlighted section is in a different part of the screen than the commenter intended. I've included screenshots to demonstrate what happens. Could someone help with this issue?

I see this same effect Using InDesign 18.3. I'm sure it is a new bug. A new, simple document doesn't exhibit this behavior… but I see it with my more complex versions—documents created under an earlier version of InDesign (but edited and saved with the current version).

But as long as this issue exists, it renders "Share for Review" useless.
