Indesign Share for review missing markings

I started using Indesign's "Share for Review" to use with clients.

I noticed that nothing happens when I click on their note either on browser or in Indesign where is shows the marking they made. So for example, if they hand-drew a circle around a photo and said "replace this photo with new one i emailed you". I don't see the hand drawn circle so I know what they were referring to.

I click on the comment both in the browser and also in the panel in Indesign and nothing happens to show me where that comment on the document was made. I have to guess. This is so wierd. Am I missing something? How will I know what any of these changes are if the comments don't show where the pin, or hightlight or marker drawing is? I really want to use this thing!

Can you tell us about your system: Please tell us what operating system (exactly) you're running. Please tell us (exactly) what InDesign version you're using. Have you tried this out with a comment you make yourself? I'm using the current version of InDesign 2022  v. 17.01 and I see no problems:
