InDesign Share for Review--turn off email notifications?

So I'm attempting to use the Share for Review feature in InDesign with my team; It just feels like the notifications are almost overkill. Not only do I see them in my Creative Cloud app, and also in the document itself, but I also get emails whenever anyone does ANYTHING on the document -- like SO MANY EMAILS. Can I turn off the email notification part?

Hi Jen - you can change the communications preferences for your account to not receive emails on commenting activity. You can do that by logging in with your Adobe account here : Adobe Account
