InDesign Show Frame Edges, Hidden Characters etc toolbar disappeared

Hi there, this is driving me nuts. Since the latest InDesign update I've lost the 'Show hidden characters', 'show guides', 'show frame edges' etc toolbar. Has this gone for good? Does anyone know how to get it back?

I have the same question. I think it used to be in the upper bar where you can now see the 'house icon'.

I don't have the habit to go look for it in the menu or in the sidebar with all the tools. I know it's there too, but my initial go-to location is in the upper bar of my indesign screen.

I use the Essentials workspace.

Yes, exactly. I'm used to it being at the top next to the house/home icon. Might just have to get used to using it from the Tool Bar.

where did you look for this features?

They should still be there in the main menus Type or View.

What is your workspace that you are using?

I have no issue with this on my German InDesign 2020 version 15.0.0.155 on Windows 10.

I can still access it through the main menus but my issue is that there used be a drop down short cut at the top next to the house/home icon. I think it might've just moved to the bottom of the tool bar.

They haven't been moved. They have always been there in the bottom of the toolbar.

I would appreciate it if it was possible to get them back at the top, too.
