InDesign spinning wheel on every click. Can't work!

I am using InDesign 2024. I can't get anything done. This has been going on for months.

I open InDesign and then try to open a magazine file and it immediately hangs up & spinning wheel. Even I open a new document also spinning wheel appear and 1min will come to standby. This spinning wheel appear every time i am offline internet every time we are not on internet. Previous 2020 versions is not like this. I've restarted 3 times and it is still happening. My Boss thinking i am working slow because of this spinning wheel. I am really hating Adobe right now. Adobe 2020 is the best. Now were days Adobe is adding several tools but who design team is. Not compiling the what you created that’s why its happen all the adobe products. My machine system requirement is Capable to run indesign. I attached screenshot.
