Dear community,

I have a task of making 100 different calenders, based on one template. I need to continue the work, in a previous made file, from a colleague who is no longer in the company.
I have no idea how he made the tables, if he made it directly in indesign, or it's imported from an excel file.
I managed to figure out how to manually change the dates and weekdays, but now im having trouble moving the alphabet letters and week numbers, up above the lines i created.
Can anyone see from my attached files what is going on, and maybe what the #'s and paragraph symbols mean? Am i missing an easy way to change everythign at once, rather than manually moving and editing one thing at a time?

If you're an InDesign beginning and haven't worked with tables, you way would be much easier if you could view a course about the way InDesign tables work.

The best source is probably courses from LinkedIn Learning. You can get a free trial if you're new to using it.

Diane Burn's class on tables is the best:

Can't really tell from the screenshots - would need access to the file - if you can post a sample here - or send a DM to me or others who reply we'd more than happy to take a look .
