InDesign text wrap pullout window is blank

Greetings, all, In my InDesign when I go to use text wrap, I have no options when clicking on an object. The text wrap window is just blank.

I opened up an old file with text wrap, clicked on my box, and the text wrap window is still empty, no options. But the old text wrap is working.

This appears to have happened after a recent update.

I'm on Mac.

I've tried everything.

Might anyone have any suggestions?
