Hello,

Does anyone know of a way to update InDesign 15.0 to 15.1.3 in 2022?  We received the standalone install for 15.0 from Adobe, but they tell me they don't have the update to 15.1 and Creative Cloud is not showing the update as an option (it sees 15.0 is installed, but only allows the update to 16.4, even with "show older apps" allowed.

What you can try:

WARNING:

Do not uninstall the 15.0 application with the CC Desktop App.

Instead:

[1] Log out from the CC Desktop App.

[2] Backup the InDesign 15.0 application folder.

[3] Remove the InDesign 15.0 application folder from the Applications folder.

[4] Duplicate and move in the 15.1.3 InDesign application folder from that other machine.

Restart your machine.

Log in to your CC Desktop App.

I have the same problem. My computer is old and InDesign 15 is the newest it can take. I had to replace my hard drive in October and now I am on 15.0 in stead of 15.1.3. The bug are plenty in 15.0, it crashes a lot. Adobe has no problem taking my money every month but because I have an older system I cannot get the best, working product.

We also have 15.1.3 installed on two other Macs already, if anyone knows how to use those installs for the update.

Thank you in advance!

Thank you so much!

I will try this out as soon as I have the 15.1.3 folder copied over, and let you know.
