Indesign will not let me drag left?

Question

I have unistalled and reinstalled indesign 2024/2025 and it keeps giivng me this issue of note being able to drag any object to the left, ot if its selected skews it super far off into the right. There is nothing locked on the page or anythig. I have reset prefrences, the memory on the computer is fine, all other adobe apps are acting fine. This is making me crazy! Has anyone had this issue and found a solution?

Just lately on this forum, there are many people reporting that the latest Windows 11 patch update KB5050094 is causing this problem. Go to Windows Update > Update History > Uninstall Update and find just the update KB5050094 and uninstall it.
