Indesign will not open. Blue error?

I tried to open a document I was working on yesterday and I suddenly have this error..

(ok fine don't open the library - just open the doc)

After pressing OK....

Any thoughts on what's going on?

    I've experienced this bug before. It has to do with a crash recovery that involves an InDesign library that is hosted on a server. Adobe did release its own patch for this issue, and Sanyamt has provided a link to it. Run the patch and let us know if that solves the issue.

    We have provided an update to CC2018 to addressed crashes and bugs.(If the updates are not available select "Check for app updates" option in Creative cloud application.)
