Indesign won't open

Indesign won't open, icon bounces twice in the dock and stops. Restared mac, other adobe systems seem to be working fine

If you are on Ventura, upgrade to the very last version (13.6) but NOT Sonoma (14) and upgrade InDesign to 18.5.
