I am no longer able to see the toolbaar at my Indesign program. 

I have created files with columns and margins but do not see the Guides. 

I can not open other Guides either.

Something has apparantely happende to my InDesign, how do I fix it?

If you are replying to the forum from email, you may not realize that the signature lines from your email are being posted to the forum. If you don't want (for example) your phone number posted on a public forum, open the forum in a web browser, edit your post to delete your contact info, and reply using the browser instead of email.

Try to hit the tab key or reset your workspace

I have created files with columns and margins but do not see the Guides.

It seems that you are in preview mode, go back to the normal mode
