The author of the book I designed and am attempting to index sent me a long list of references he wants in the index. As an example he wants to index the reference Article 8 which is how it appears in the book itself, but he wants it listed in the index as "Article 8" (1988 Human Rights Act) --yes, including the quotation marks and parentheses. I'm not sure how to enter this so all the page numbers get indexed. Suggestions?

See below. Again, you need to use the Sort Field so that it sorts in the As and not the Symbols.
