Matthias

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

@Matthias Georgi

Do you use Typeface app - or any other font manager?

Hi @HARSHIKA_VERMA ,
Matthias

@Matthias Georgi

Is there a way to clean up all the settings of the document without setting it up again?

Not sure about what settings you're talking about?

Hi @Matthias Georgi,

Glad to hear you’ve made progress in identifying the issue! If you’re looking to clean up the document settings without starting from scratch, you can try exporting the file as an IDML (File > Export > InDesign Markup Language) and then reopening it in InDesign. This will help in clearing out any hidden corruption or unnecessary metadata. Also, for the Adobe Fonts issue, ensure Auto-Add Adobe Fonts is enabled under Preferences > File Handling. If the issue persists, try resetting the font cache.

Let me know i how it goes.
