hello! I have been struggling with installing InDesign for three days now. It stays stuck at 9%. I force quit the install after some hours passed, I restarted my computer, but nothing seems to work. My internet speed also seems to be working fine. what can I do?

I am using a 2015 Macbook Pro 15 inch and everything is up to date with the software MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.3. I redownloaded the InDesign installer but the problem persists.

Hi skeceli,
what version of InDesign do you try to install?
Where did you download an installer for InDesign from?
Ususally InDesign is installed through the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
It seems that you do it differently.

Hi Uwe,
I attempted to also download the creatove cloud app, but that too seems to get stuck at 21.5%. As a result, I clicked the download button on the adobe website for indesign and tried to directly download it from the website. I figured it can be downloaded witout creative cloud if the website has that button!
