Installing Photoshop , Illustrator, Acrobat and InDesign Creative Clouds aps

Question

I am in a quandry. I am new to the Creative Cloud experience. I have previously been working with CS6.

Paid for & downloaded programs & cannot seem to get them to install. Must be missing something? I downloaded files and have the desktop dmg's on my desktop. I double click on the installers and nothing happens. There is something about Creative Cloud installer. When I go to Adobe it requires purchase again. Also need to find registration numbers.

Please help asap. I need these programs to complete an important assignment.

My first question is does your computer meet the system requirements for CC 2020?

Assuming your computer can run the new version sof the software and you have a subscription to the entire Creative Cloud, don't download the individual installers. Download the Creative Cloud Desktop app and install it--you can install all the programs from it.
