Interactive pdf in Indesign 2024 not able to export to web or preview...

Question

Recently upgraded to Indesign 2024, desktop app: I have an interactive doc consisting of 8 buttons, to achieve a rollover effect - i cant export it to web or get a preview - None of the functions will even load: i just get a blank popup on both.

I also not able to access cc library - this is just a grey screen.

When trying o export the doc to interactive pdf i adobe acrobat, it only loads button 1, rest stops.

In case relevant im on a MacPro 2019, Ventura 13.6

Use simple hyperlinks such as a word or words or a shape, multi-state buttons won't work on smartphones and tablets.
