Hello, help me, what should I do to open the full window animation settings. I'm missing trigger animation features due to scale.

We are sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. I would suggest you try resetting the workspace from the Windows menu > Workspace > Reser=t...

OR

Try resetting InDesign preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/indesign-preferences-support-file-locations.html) and let us know how it goes.
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings, and InDesign will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
