Is it possible to use Text Variables to insert a date 180 days/6 months in the future?

I'm creating labels for a product and need to print the expiration date on them. Is it possible to use Text Variables to automatically imput the date 180 days/6 months in the future?

I don't think tet variable would be able to do this. We will need scripts to make this happen. But then we will have to decide on how to trigger the script. So in short can be done via scripts but the trigger would be somewhat manual or on an event like document open
