Is there a plugin that will indicate what font/size/leading is being used so I don't have to type it all myself?

My job requires me to give a separate PDF with call outs for every font being used and the size etc. Is there a pugin out there that can help me with this?

There is a script available, that does the job: Schrift-Eigenschaften auflisten — Roland Dreger, Grafikdesign

If you like it, buy the author a coffee by clicking on the PayPal button.

If this is not exactly what you need, the script can be rewritten or adapted.
