I'm working on some pdf in which I want to add animation. I tried with Indesign but animation is not working in PDF. Please help me if there is any way do it.
It is not possible - even the new, yet to be implemented PDF2.0 specification, does not allow for the inclusion of animations. Use HTML5.

Depends what you call animation. Most of InDesign's animation features only work via Publish Online. What specifically are you trying to do?

@Scott CitronNot quite true: ALL of InDesign's animation features work in both fixed layout epub files and supporting ebook readers, as well as the Publish Online option. Also, it is possible to use a free plugin to export directly to html and animations work fine in that case too. (As they do in the commercial In5 plugin.)

I think FlipHTML5 accepts some animations.
