Is there any way to remove the file name tab in InDesign?

I'm talking about this tab, above the pasteboard where it just shows the file name and then that whole area is emtpy to the far edge:

If I could hide that it would give me a little extra viewing room, which is important on my laptop.

Uncheck the 'Open documents as tabs' box in the Preferences, then maximise the document's window:
