Issue with 'Go to Previous Spread' Button in InDesign 2025 for RTL Languages

Adobe Indesign 2025 is here.

I am using Indesign 2025 wuth English یدعم العربیۃ۔ and work mostly in Arabic, English, Presian and Urdu languages or RTL languages.

Go to Previous Spread button not working Indesign 2025.

Please resolve.

What happens if you assign a different shortcut to the command - will it work?

Also, what do you mean by "Previous Spread button"? Are you referring to the menu?

While not related to your particular issue, this makes me also wonder if you experience crashes when using the Redo command, as another ME user reported:

Hi @kenia_5255 ,

can you tell if this command is working with a document that is not set up for RTL languages?

Just tested with my German InDesign 2025 version 20.0.0.95 on macOS where I cannot see the issue.

Not in documents with RTL page binding, not in documents with LTR page binding.

Will it work with InDesign 2024 on your machine?

This is a problem about RTL page binding.
All was perfectly fine in Adobe InDesign 2024 ME version (RTL setup). Windows 10, 11.
All is well and working fine in lastest Adobe InDesign 2025 ME version (RTL setup). Windows 10, 11.
Just one error or bug i am facing... when I write a text in Urdu, Persian.... Move to Previous spread does NOT work.
Though the short cut of Move to Previous spread alt+pageup works perfectly.

There is NO PROBLEM in Move to NEXT Spread.

thanks for that statement.

Hm. You say "button". I thought about the "menu command" that is working. Sorry, my fault.

Now that I tested the button at the bottom of the document layout frame, I can see the issue with InDesign 2025. Also with my German version. Indeed, that button is not functional with RTL page binding documents.

Well, one thing to add: The button is working with RTL page binding documents in InDesign 2024.

Just tested this.

Thank you for the reply dear fellas.

After your reply I retested the file and discovered the actual issue.

In Indesisn 2025 (Windows 10, 11) in ME version... if you have used Fit Spread in Window (Alt+Ctrl+0) then you cannot move backward Move to Previous spread alt+pageup 
If you have Zoom level other than Fit Spread in Window then it can work but it is very disturbing.
I move backward and forward in my Spreads after Fit Spread in Window (Alt+Ctrl+0)

The bug is not resolved in 20.0.1 Indesign update.
Cannot move to previous Spread fom the button at the bottom.

I have looked into this issue, and I couldn’t find any internal reports on this bug being resolved in version 20.0.1. Could you please provide some additional details, such as the exact version of the operating system you're using (Windows 10 or 11)? It will help in narrowing down the issue.

Additionally, could you share a screen recording demonstrating the problem? This will help us better understand the issue and replicate it.

Lastly, is this issue happening with older InDesign files, or does it occur with new documents as well?

In my previous posts I provided ALL you mentioned and it was ACCEPTED as a BUG.

Providing all, yet,  again.

I am using Windows 10, 11.
Adobe InDesign 20.0.1
Using RTL and work in URDU, ARABIC, Persian.
After Fit Spread in Window (Ctrl+Alt+0) ... Move to Previous Spread Button doesn't work. Its short cut works.
Very disturbing... was expecting a quicker response.
