Issues with Hebrew Nekudos when inserting from word to indesign

I am having issues with hebrew nekudos when inserting a word doc to indesign.

Any idea how to solve this?

What's your InDesign version? If 2024, then users reported various issues with Hebrew and other RTL languages there. Some of them can be fixed by using InDesign 2023 for the time being (also preferably to revert back as far as 18.3, as users mentioned, which you can do from the Creative Cloud app).

What exact version of InDesign? I saw that users recommend to revert to InDesign 18.3 (you can do this from the CC app):

If version 19.2 is available to you upgrade to that. It's rolling out now and fixes many RTL issues.
