I'm looking for a keyboard shortcut to change spacing before and after paragraphs in InDesign. Any ideas?

Well, I want a different value each time.
I want to be able to increase and decrease from 5mm down to -5mm and anyting in between without having to use the cursor. If I understand the Paragraph Styles settings correct you can not ad a paragraph style on top of another paragraph style?

You can do it with scripting - then apply a keyboard shortcut to the script
