la aplicación se detiene

Hola, Indesign se detiene cuando estoy aplicando estilos y daña el archivo, una vez que pasa, cada vez que abro el archivo sucede lo mismo. Así que no puedo trabajar. Es un error muy grave.

Does it happen only on this file or on all files ?

If it happens on all files, try to reset preferences: quit InDesign and relaunch it while holding down the Shift, Ctrl and Alt keys [Windows], Shift, Ctrl, Alt and Cmd keys [Mac] until you see a warning message asking for confirmation.

If it happens on a single file, try to export it as idml, then open this idml file and resave it as indd file.

Me pasa con varios archivos, la solución fue irme a la versión 2021, la versión 2022 tiene esas fallas, lo leí con algunos otros usuarios.
