Last row of Pages panel without numbering

Hello everyone.
I like to work in InDesign with the "Pages" panel always open. The view is always in "extra-small" mode, to get access to the pages of long books more quickly.
The thing is, the last row of pages never displays the page numbering right below it, regardless of the size chosen in the view.

I believe this is a minor bug as I don't recall this problem occurring in older versions of the program (2019-20, maybe?).

I am currently on Windows 10 and have the latest version of InDesign installed (18.4).
Thanks a lot.

Hi @Fernando30988332pjrn:

Yes, this is an intermittent issue with viewing pages horizontally that has been around for a while. Here is a bug report: https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601180-adobe-indesign-bugs/suggestions/43451784-last-row-of-pages-panel-in-horizontal-view-is-miss. Please weigh in over there. I don't recall that there is a fix other than changing the view to vertical.

Thanks for the reply, Barb.
I tried to find a similar page before posting here. I will follow up there from now on. 😉

No worries. I thought the issue was resolved, so it's helpful to know it is on-going. FWIW, I also use a horizontal page display but have never encountered this on my Macs. I wonder if it is Windows-only?
