Licencia Indesign CS6

Buenos dias,

 

Tenemos una licencia de Indesign CS6 que ha dejado de funcionar y no podemos volver a activarla.

 

¿Hay alguna manera de conseguir algún instalador y licencia con la cuenta de Adobe Creative Cloud?

I'm sorry, but you'll need to contact Adobe again and insist that your issue get escalated until you get someone to help. There were, however, many pirated CS6 sales and if you bought one of those, nobody can or will help you.

If you had properly registered your CS6, it should show up on your Adobe Account page under Plans and Payment > Products, and will list the serial number associated with that product, along with a link to the installer.

If you DIDN'T register it, you can attempt to do so now by entering your serial number on that same page "Register a Product".

    What operating system and version is your computer? You probably know this, but as the operating system progresses, it leaves old software behind. Then, too, Adobe cannot keep it running either. What prevents you from using the latest version of InDesign?

    Ya contactamos con adobe y nos dijeron que no nos podían ayudar... Que contactaramos con los expertos de Adobe Supoort Community.

    ¿Donde concretamente puedo conseguir que alguien me ayude?

    Porque parece que es una manera de evadir la pregunta.

    Hay plataformas que siguen trabajando con Indesing CS6. No se puede dejar de lado ninguna versión cuando hay usuarios que han invertido en ella.

    Por favor, a ver si me puedes facilitar algun link para contartar con alguien que tenga una solución en Adobe.
