Line on one side of a text box in form (branched)

When using InDesign to create a PDF form, you have to use a Box wherever you want a text box on your form.  Often, you don't really want a box, just a line.  Being able to select only the sides you want would very convenient and is found in other Adobe products.  That's the logic.

I would just add the line in InDesign—as an underline or para rule—and then add a text field without a border or a fill.

You can do that with the paragraph border feature in CC2018.

Yesterday I asked for a feature, and within 24 hours Adobe releases a new version (2018) with the feature added.  That's pretty good service!

OK, maybe 2018 was out before and I didn't realize it, and maybe they didn't release the paragraph border option just for me, but look at what i got when I opened the program:

    Come on!
