Lines across a photo in presentation view

I'm trying to create a large A1 page in Indesign and am trying to use a psd file from photoshop as a background. The picture quality seems ok but when I go to presentation view I get a pattern of lines across the background and really need a clean image for A1 printing. Is there a way of getting rid of this or is the file just too big, thanks for the help

Do the lines disappear in Preview mode, if so, try: View > Grids and Guides > Hide Baseline Grid
