Not directly. Create a character style with the size and offset you need to have these numbers look like dropped characters.

Here's the step-by-step to support the above answers:

Create character style (I called mine Big) with a larger type size (Basic Character Formats) and a baseline shift (Advanced Character Formats). Assign to the Character Style in Bullets and Numbering.
