MacOS Sierra: Can't find cache

Hi my working file for an 80-page document has just crashed and corrupted and we're supposed to send to printers today. (no i don't have a backup anywhere else due to alien reasons)

I'm trying to locate my cache to try to find a recovery, as i DO have autosave on.

I don't have an "adobe" folder in my Library> Caches area

Users> Documents> dynamicclicnkmediaserver is empty

I'm using MacOS Sierra.

I've tried locating the cache location by opening "indesign> preferences> file handling" dialog, however i can only see the last section of the directory, i can't actually see the whole directory...i know it ends with "Macinto...ign:Version 12.0en_GB:InDesign Recovery"

Can someone help locate the cache for me please! it's very urgent! thanks!

or if anyone has any other advice for recovering this file that'd e great!

Hard Drive/Users/<USER>/Library/Caches/Adobe InDesign/<Version #>/<Language>/

Good luck!

There is no recovery in there for a corrupt document.

You might want to read this old blog post I wrote to avoid this in the future. Still relevant today:

You can check with Markzware. They have a recovery service but I don’t know how much it costs:
