Manage missing glyphs Script

I am using another useful script which worked the first time. I applied a character style to convert missing glyphs to arabic (arial font)

However, when i used it again in the same document, it was taking a very long time, loading cursor was not going, and i had to force quit InDesign. I tried again and same problem.

Document is 5 pages. Using DIN 2014 font for paragraph styles.
