Maths and Physics books in InDesign

Hello to everyone! I need your valuable opinion about something. My client told that he needs to publish a 800pages book with physics and maths equations. BUT all the equations are eps format through Mathtype, all the texts are in Word and they will gine me also a pdf as a sample to see the layout. How does this sound?
