I'm using inDesign Old and New versions. I created some files before on old version. Now I'm using new version too. Now I want to use or handling old files on new version. Is it possible? If it's possible please tell me how can I handle old files on the new version.

Old version documents open in new version without any issue and similarly you can export to idml and work in older versions. You can also open new version documents in older versions and you would observe InDesign prompting to convert the document automatically.

It depends in which versions you have. You can open old version documents in a new version but you need to save as an IDML to open in an earlier version (CS4 and later). Be careful as there might be issues with InDesign features that you used in the new version that aren't available in the earlier version of InDesign.

This is not a recommended workflow, is there a particular reason you want to do this?

Not 100% clear on your question, but as Derek says, any old ID document will open in a new version. To go backward, you should have no problem opening it if properly exported as .IDML especially if it's a simple doc. What version of old and new are you using?
