Menu Bar Mac OS 12.0.1

Hi. I'm not able to access the Menu bar on my Mac (OS Monterray 12.0.1).

I've seen some posts about switching Preferences on start up, which I've done, but this hasn't resolve dthe issue. Any tips gratefully received!

macOS 12.0.1 is an extremely early version of macOS Monterey and has many defects.
Please use the latest version, 12.5.

Have you tried: Window > Workspace > Essential Classic (or one of the other Workspaces or Resetting your choice of Workspace)?
