Middle Eastern Features missing in Adobe InDesign CC 2022 (17.1)

I seem to be missing some of the features in InDesign CC 20222 (17.1) this includes "Diacritic Positioning" tab, "Farsi" and "Urdu" as a language option, "Paragraph direction" in the "indents and spacing" of the "paragraph style options". Also missing is the "Middle East Character Formats" in "Paragraph Style options." These are all found in InDesign CC 2021 (16.4) see screenshots. Is there something that I am missing or did I not install InDesign CC 2022 (17.1) correctly? The screen shots below are from InDesign CC 2021 (16.4) unless otherwise noted.

Did you install the MENA version of InDesign. See the following article for details

    Dear Manan yes, that was it. Per the knowledge base (kb) article, after selecting the language (English Arabic) and re-installing InDesign all the options and languages are present. Thank you so much.
