Hi

I have a set of guides on Left Master Page and I would like to mirror the exact same on the Right Hand Master page. Currently I am doing it manually. There is a way mentioned in the following site but for some reason it is not working for me. The guides are not duplicating in the correct position and all the guides are not copying. Also it is not duplicating the guides, its moving them. I want exact mirrored replica on the right hand side.

This is not working for me (a video demonstration might be helpful):

First, you need to add an extra object- and mirror it:

by this point:

Then, you need to add one extra "control" guide - marked in red - as your "pivotal point":

Then select all guides:

Then:

InDesign will apply last performed transformation - mirroring ot the shape - to Guides:

Guides are graphical objects anyway - but with some restrictions.

Of course, you first need to duplicate your original / source guides:

Why not just read the measure on the ruler guides? It is only two guides. Did you know you can right-click on the rulers and set them to measure from the center spine?

@Mike Witherell Thanks for this info. I didnt know about this. This will be helpful.

It just two guides in the sample file. Production file has lots of guides with different measurement.

Thanks
