Missing Fonts

Why is this font indicated as missing when the Text palette shows it is activated. This is not an adobe font, but it is activated in FontBook (I'm on a Mac)

The brackets around the word light in the Character panel mean that that weight of the font is not active or installed. The absence of brackets around the font name means that the font and its other weights is installed. Check to see if your font folder contains the light weight and, if so, activate that. Otherwise you will have to buy the missing weight.

Thanks Bill, I thought I had the correct font installed so it was strange when it came up pink, I never even looked at the Text palette or I would have seen that. Thanks for opening my eyes.
