Missing InDesign File in Adobe Cloud

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re doing well.

I previously had an InDesign file saved in my Adobe Cloud storage, but now I can’t find it anymore — not even in the deleted files or trash folder. I’ve already checked my Creative Cloud web files, the Sync folder, and the Deleted section, but the file is still missing.

Is there any way to recover or locate a lost cloud file that does not appear in the trash?
Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.
